How to Top up your account

Use our MTN Money Merchant Number (0242112926) when paying from your own phone (follow the instructions below) or when paying from an agent (provide our MTN money merchant number to the agent and always remember to take the transaction ID or sender's phone number).

Dial *170# on your MTN money phone

• Enter 1 to select Transfer Money and press Send
• Enter 1 to select Mobile User and press Send
• Enter 2 to select Subscriber and press Send
• Enter our Subscriber mobile money number and press send and repeat it again
• Enter the Amount and press Send
• Enter your Secret PIN after you have cross checked and press Send
• Check your SMS inbox for the confirmation message that contains the Transaction ID
